Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains what personal data we collect on broadcastservice.eu, why we collect it and what your rights are. If anything is unclear, write to us.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Sebastian Gorajek, running a sole proprietorship under the business name Grupa Produkcyjna ONEHD, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), tax ID (NIP) 563-177-60-20, REGON 141151860, correspondence address: ul. Husarska 48, 02-489 Warsaw, Poland (“we”). Broadcast Support Poland is our service brand, operated together with onestream.pl.

2. What data we collect and why
Inquiry form. We collect your name, TV station or company, email address, dates, the selected equipment and your message. We use them to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.
Email and phone contact. When you write or call, we process the data needed to talk to you and reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics. With your consent we use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit the site and which sections they read (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use advertising tools on this site.
Security and operation. Our server and Cloudflare record technical data about visits, such as the IP address and time, to protect the site against abuse and attacks and to deliver it quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To prevent spam, the inquiry form briefly stores an irreversible hash of the sender’s IP address together with submission times.
3. How long we keep data
- Inquiries and correspondence: 60 days from the last contact. If we sign a contract, data needed to perform and settle it is kept for the term of the contract and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Statistics in Google Analytics: no longer than 14 months.
- Anti-spam data of the inquiry form (IP hash and submission times): up to 24 hours.
- Technical server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider and Cloudflare, as needed for security.
- Cookies: for the period given in the table below.
4. Who receives the data
We use companies that process data on our behalf:
- home.pl S.A. (Szczecin, Poland) – website server and email;
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website protection and acceleration;
- Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics (only after your consent).
Google and Cloudflare may transfer data to the USA. Both participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which according to the decision of the European Commission ensures an adequate level of data protection.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict it, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Their use is governed by Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Essential cookies are always set because the site cannot work properly without them. Statistics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies (Google consent mode).
You can also change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page, or in your browser settings.
